To study and analyze America's health care delivery system and identify structural changes that will offer long-term solutions needed to assure quality, affordability and accessibility to health care for Floridians and for all Americans.
To publish guidance, propose policy and make recommendations for legislative or regulatory initiatives to implement structural changes in America's health care delivery system.
To create a dynamic approach for health care delivery that will address the needs of Florida and that can be used as a model for the nation. This model will help shape public and financial policy in health care and will have a direct impact on how people view their own health and responsibility.
To provide objective, impartial analysis and advice on health care policy to Florida and national community and government leaders.
